When I enter my 'page elments' of my 'Layout', only the 'Add a Gadget'
there,
  I can`t find the  'Add a page elment'  button~!  why?

can anyone help me ?  thanks! pls..

blogger  has updated "add a page element" is updated to " ADD a
gadget" .. its the same thing but more effective
