Subject: New Blog Roll

I want the same new blog roll that other people have--the one that
shows a synopsis of each linked blog.

However when I try to follow the patronizing video that tells me how
to do it, my Layout screen doesn't look like the one shown or have the
same optyions. So now I'm stuck half way through an upgrade from the
so-called "classic" template to the new one and I don't have the
upgrades that I set out to get. I'm getting angry here.

Come on! I need help here. There's no phone number I can call for
support and now because I followed the directions, my blog's messed up
and I can't fix it or put it back the way that it was before. Who can
I talk to about this TODAY?

I just want my blog to work right. This sitting and waiting and
waiting with no idea how long it's supposed to take or who I'm waiting
to hear from is way too frustrating.
